How do I check availability and get a quote?

To check availability, use our search engine, select the dates of your stay and click on BOOK. A list of available accommodations appears.
To get a quote, simply select an accommodation and simulate a booking.
You can also send us your quote request by e-mail or send us a message via social networks. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Make a simulation.

What is the minimum length of stay and what arrival days are possible?

– Off-season: Short stays possible (3 nights minimum) on certain dates.
– In season (from 01/07 to 15/09): in a mobile home: 7 nights minimum, arrival only on Saturday or Sunday depending on accommodation category. Campsite pitch: 7 nights minimum, arrival on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.

Is it possible to place an option for a stay?

Yes, you can place an option that will be valid for 8 days.

Can I pay my balance in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in instalments free of charge. However, the balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Please note that we do not offer direct debit. You must pay by logging in to your customer account.

Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?

Yes, babies are included in the capacity of mobile homes and camping pitches.
The maximum number of people indicated in the accommodation must not be exceeded.
On camping pitches, children under 4 are free of charge, but count towards the 6-person capacity limit.

Can I choose my location?

Yes, you can let us know your preferences (shade, quiet, close to amenities, close to family or friends…) and we’ll do our utmost to satisfy your request.
However, the pitch number is never guaranteed and we reserve the right to change it up to the day of your arrival.

How to book ?

To benefit from the best guaranteed rates, you can book :
– On our website, click on the BOOK button, select your accommodation and fill in the online booking form. Online payment is secure.

A deposit of 30% (excluding tourist tax, €24 handling fee and supplements) must be paid within 8 days to confirm the booking.
You will then receive an e-mail confirming your booking (please check spam or junk mail).

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Yes, if you wish to pay by vacation vouchers, we advise you to send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to our address:

We also accept payment by credit card, cheque and bank transfer.

Can I pitch a tent on my mobile home pitch?

For safety and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to set up an extra tent on your mobile home pitch.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, only one pet is allowed per stay. Dogs must be vaccinated and kept on a lead in the campsite. It is forbidden to leave them alone in the mobile homes during your absence.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.
Prices are €30/week or €5/day in low season, and €50/week or €7/day in July and August.

Are you a Vacaf member?

No, we are not Vacaf-approved.

How can I view and track my reservation?

If you have booked directly on our website, simply log in to your customer account by clicking on “My account” in the top right-hand corner of our website, then enter your booking number, which you will find on your booking confirmation, and your name.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

For your vacations, we offer comfortable, recently-built mobile homes (90% of our rentals are less than 2 years old), camping pitches and unusual accommodation (safari tents with sanitary facilities). Our mobile homes sleep from 1 to 8 people and are divided into 3 ranges offering different levels of service:
– CLASSIC range: air conditioning and TV optional.
– COMFORT range: air conditioning and TV included.
– PREMIUM range: air conditioning, TV, wifi for 2 units included. 2 bathrooms, terrace with gas plancha.

MORE ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

How are mobile homes equipped?

All our mobile homes have a semi-covered wooden terrace and a private parking space (for one vehicle only).
Each rental is fully equipped with crockery, pillows and undersheets to suit the number of guests.
Due to the health crisis, duvets/blankets are no longer supplied until further notice, but are available on request from reception while stocks last.
Cleaning products and household linen (sheets and towels) are not provided.

Is there air conditioning in the mobile homes?

All our mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning, but it is optional for the CLASSIC range: 35 €/week or 8 €/day.

Are mobile homes heated?

All our mobile homes are heated and equipped with reversible air-conditioning in the living room (for the CLASSIC range, available on request at no extra charge).

Is there a dishwasher in the mobile homes?

Yes, only in PREMIUM range mobile homes.

What’s the difference between STANDARD and PREMIUM camping pitches?

Our camping pitches have an average surface area of 100 m2. They are shaded and bordered by hedges, and the ground is lawn-like.
STANDARD camping pitches have a 16A electrical connection.
PREMIUM camping pitches are also equipped with a cold water supply, a fridge, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and a plancha.

Can I rent linens?

Rental of cotton sheets and towels is available upon reservation or on site (subject to availability):
– 2-person cotton sheets (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases): €15/stay
– Cotton sheets 1 person (2 flat sheets + 1 pillowcase): 12 € / stay
– Cotton towel kit (1 large + 1 small): €10 / stay

The stay


At what time can I access my accommodation? Can I come earlier?

Rentals are available from 4:00 pm and camping pitches from 2:00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you can of course take advantage of all the facilities (swimming pool, restaurant and bar, playground, multi-sports fields).
You will then need to go to reception to collect your access wristbands.

How late can I get there?

Reception closes at 8pm in July and August, and at 6pm in the off-season.
However, if you wish to arrive after these times, please contact us so that we can explain the late arrival procedure.

What time do I have to vacate my mobile home? Do I have to clean?

Mobile homes and safari tents must be vacated by 10am. An inventory of fixtures is carried out on the day of departure, and it is necessary to make an appointment with reception no later than the day before your departure.
You are responsible for your own cleaning.
However, if you want to make the most of your vacation, we offer a cleaning package for €80/stay.

Do I need to provide a deposit?

Yes, on arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of 300 € for rental accommodation and 10 € for camping pitches.
The bank deposit is only debited in the event of problems during the inventory of fixtures within 48 hours of your departure (damage, missing objects, cleaning not done…).

Can I have visitors during my stay?

Due to the health crisis, day visitors are prohibited until further notice.
If the visitor is only staying overnight (within the capacity of your accommodation), the tourist tax must be paid at reception.

What time do I have to vacate my camping pitch?

Campsites must be vacated by 12 noon.

Do you rent out cots and high chairs?

Yes, you can rent a baby kit (cot + high chair) for €30/week or €5/day.
Reservations recommended before your stay.

Are barbecues allowed?

Charcoal and electric barbecues are strictly forbidden on your pitch. You can rent a gas plancha for €45/week or €8/day, or use the open-air collective charcoal barbecue.

Aquatic area


Is the pool area heated?

Yes, the pool is heated to 38° from April to September.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

No, swimming trunks must be worn.
Swimming shorts, T-shirts and burkinis are prohibited.
Anyone not wearing swimming attire in compliance with these rules will not be allowed access to our aquatic area.
Wearing a wristband is compulsory.

When is the aquatic area open?

The aquatic area (paddling pool, swimming pool and waterslides) is open all season long, 7 days a week from 9.30am to 7.30pm without interruption.

Are there toboggans?

Yes, our water park has a 3-lane pentagliss slide and a rotating slide for the whole family to enjoy.

Is the pool supervised?

Yes, in July and August. However, children are the responsibility of their parents, and must not enter the pool area alone.

The animations


Are there any events outside July and August?

Yes, our entertainment team offers a varied program of activities 7/7 throughout the season: sports tournaments, fitness sports, water activities, excursions to discover the region, campsite dances…

Are there any shows outside July and August?

Yes, all season long, attend our exceptional shows with up to 3 shows a week in July-August and at least 1 show a week in the off-season.

Do you charge for activities?

No, all our daytime and evening activities are free of charge, except for the Teen Club’s outdoor outings.

At what age can I join the kids’ club?

The kids’ club is open to children aged 6 to 11 (during school vacations only).

Is there a teen club?

Yes, only in July and August.

Is it the same animation team as last year?

Yes, in 2023 you’ll have the pleasure of seeing the same team again!
