Our guides will take you to Collioure, an ancient fishing village sometimes known as “The City of Painters”, which will seduce you with its charm and authenticity.

You’ll start the day from the fort, which offers a panoramic view of the exceptional landscapes of the Côte Vermeille, where the mountains meet the sea.

Afterwards, you’ll head for the port of Collioure to discover its exceptional heritage: the Notre-Dame des Anges church, the Saint-Vincent chapel, the Château Royal…

You can also admire the crystal-clear waters of the Collioure cove.

Afterwards, our guide will take you on a stroll through the Mouré district, with its many narrow streets and colorful facades, immersing you in the atmosphere that so seduced painters in the past.

You’ll continue with a visit to the workshops of Maison Roque, which has been perpetuating the ancestral tradition of anchovy salting since 1970, where you’ll learn all about the fishing, canning and culinary uses of anchovies. The tour ends with a tasting session.

After this culinary break, you’ll discover the “Chemin du Fauvisme”, a circuit through the town punctuated by 19 reproductions of works by Matisse and Derain created in Collioure.

The tour ends with a visit to LA CAVE COOPERATIVE DES DOMINICAINS, producer of AOP Collioure and AOP Banyuls wines, where you’ll enjoy a wine tasting.

Let yourself be tempted by this cultural and gourmet escapade, which combines the pleasures of the eyes and the taste buds!
